Diana Pinckney is a writer, poet and teacher. She’s the winner of the N.C. Persephone Book Award, the S.C. Kinloch Rivers Chapbook Award, and the 2010 EKPHRASIS Award. She is the author of four collections of poetry, including Fishing With Tall Women, White and Alchemy and most recently Green Daughters, a full length collection published April, 2011. Her poems have been published in Rhino, Iodine, Main Street Rag, Atlanta Review, Green Mountain Review, Cave Wall, Persimmon Tree, and other journals and anthologies.
