Brendan Constantine is a poet based in Hollywood. His work has appeared in FIELD, Ploughshares, Rattle, ZYZZYVA, the Los Angeles Review and other journals. His most recent books are 'Birthday Girl With Possum' (2011 Write Bloody Publishing) and 'Calamity Joe' (2012 Red Hen Press). He teaches poetry at the Windward School and is an adjunct professor at Antioch University Los Angeles. He also conducts workshops for hospitals, foster homes, & with the Alzheimer’s Poetry Project.
